Returns
FOO products are backed by the FOO Lifetime Warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. Because most issues can be resolved through warranty support, all returns must follow our RMA process.
Requesting a Return
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back.
- 1. Contact FOO Support with your order number and issue description.
- 2. If eligible, we’ll provide RMA approval and return instructions.
- 3. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only for defective products covered by the FOO Lifetime Warranty. FOO may, at its discretion:
- - Replace the product
- - Replace it with a similar item
- - Issue a refund
All items are inspected and tested before a final decision is made.
Not Eligible
We do not accept returns for:
- - Unused products
- - Incorrectly ordered items
- - Customer error or change of mind
- - Damage caused by handling, installation, or misuse
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping using a trackable courier service.
