FOO is built for fast, reliable shipping so you get fiber when you need it—not weeks later.

Same-Day Dispatch

• - Orders received before 12:00 pm Eastern Time ship the same business day.
• -Orders placed after 12:00 pm, or on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day.

Shipping Options

• - Shipping method is selectable at checkout – choose the speed and carrier that works for you.
• - Live rates are shown based on your address, order size, and selected service.
• - We use couriers, USPS, and Canada Post shipping for all orders, so delivery is trackable and fast. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Warehouse Locations

• - FOO maintains warehouses in Canada (Windsor, Ontario) and the USA (Detroit, Michigan).
• - All orders ship from the nearest FOO warehouse with stock.
• - The warehouse stock is visible while shopping, so you know where your order is coming from and can estimate transit time more accurately.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

• - Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
• - Tracking links let you follow your shipment from our warehouse to your door.

Backorders

We work hard to keep all items in stock at all times. If something is temporarily unavailable:

• - Items in stock will ship immediately.
• - You’ll be notified of any backordered items after checkout.
• - We’ll regularly update you on expected ship dates for backordered products.
• - Backordered items ship automatically as soon as they arrive—no need to reorder.

Oversized & Freight Shipments

• - Very large or oversized orders may require freight shipping.
• - Freight options are handled case by case; we’ll contact you if your order qualifies and confirm the most efficient shipping method and cost before dispatch.
